Wāhine Connect Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised and promoted by Wāhine Connect Trust (Wāhine Connect). The prize has been donated by Clover Ferments Ltd.

2. Relationship to Clover Ferments
Clover Ferments has provided the prize only.
Wāhine Connect does not endorse, recommend, sponsor, clinically approve, or make any health or therapeutic claims regarding Clover Ferments products.
Participation in this giveaway does not constitute a partnership, medical recommendation, or product endorsement by Wāhine Connect.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older residing in New Zealand.
Entries must relate to wāhine working in health, health-adjacent, or health support roles, as outlined in the campaign post.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow the instructions in the social media post and submit a nomination within the campaign period.
One entry per nomination. Wāhine Connect reserves the right to remove inappropriate or offensive content.

5. Entry Period
Entries open on the date stated in the campaign post and close at the time specified. Late entries may not be considered.

6. Prize
The prize is a Clover Ferments product bundle.
The prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
The contents of the prize are determined by Clover Ferments and may vary.

7. Health and Dietary Responsibility
The prize is a food product.
Recipients are responsible for checking ingredients, dietary suitability, allergies, and individual health needs before consumption.
Wāhine Connect makes no representations regarding nutritional, medical, or therapeutic benefit and accepts no responsibility for any adverse reaction or outcome resulting from use of the prize.

8. Winner Selection and Contact
The winner will be randomly drawn after the closing date and contacted via the social media account used to enter.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, Wāhine Connect may redraw the prize.

9. Delivery of Prize
The winner’s name and delivery details will be shared with Clover Ferments solely for the purpose of shipping the prize.
Clover Ferments is responsible for fulfilment and delivery.

10. Privacy
Personal information collected will only be used for administering this giveaway and prize delivery and will not be added to mailing lists without consent.

12. Right to Modify
